The Space
The Mews is our newest and largest guest offering — a sprawling, thoughtfully designed luxury apartment above our main horse barn. Inspired by traditional English equestrian style and our British heritage, the space blends warmth, sophistication, and relaxed country living.
The heart of the home is a stunning chef’s kitchen, perfect for gathering with friends and family after a day exploring Kentucky bourbon distilleries, horse shows, or local attractions.
Multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces invite you to slow down and settle in:

Unlike a typical vacation rental, The Mews allows guests to experience the rhythm and charm of life on a real working horse farm.
You may hear soft barn sounds in the morning — like horses reminding us their breakfast is approximately 17 seconds late — or be greeted by one of our friendly barn cats while relaxing on the porch. For many guests, these authentic touches become the most memorable part of their stay.
Guests are welcome to stroll the 28-acre property, relax beside the pond, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Kentucky’s Bluegrass region.
Horse Experiences & Equestrian Amenities
Pine Knoll Farm is also home to the beloved Peace Ponies and the Center for Integrated Horsemanship. Guests may have opportunities to book horse experiences, workshops, clinics, or meet-and-greet sessions during their stay.
Traveling with your horse? Our Horse Hotel can accommodate up to 7 horses in stalls.
