HorsEmpowerment

HorsEmpowerment

Through our Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) System “HorsEmpowerment™ “ we partner with horses to create a space for extraordinary transformational experiences.  EAL is an innovative and powerful approach to learning new ways of communicating and developing life skills that open up neural pathways of learning.  This horse-human learning collaboration expands human awareness, perception and potential.

Horses are masters of congruency. Learning from the herd infrastructure and horse social structure, we can master these insights and integrate them into our own social structure and leadership models, in the corporate world and in the global community. Ultimately, we can use these powerful lessons from herd culture to “Bridge the Gap of Perceived Differences,” creating a unified approach across borders and religions. Herd wisdom inspires you to find your PEACE within so you can hold the space for a peaceful world. Be the change.

How Does It Work

In a HorsEmpowerment workshop, participants work with a facilitator, a human who has specialized training and expertise in Equine Assisted Learning, and one or more horse co-facilitators. The facilitator leads the participants through a series of goal-oriented exercises with the horses. As intuitive creatures, horses mirror our internal state when we are in their presence and provide instant, honest feedback to the participants. The facilitator observes the horse-human interaction and helps integrate the information into a learning opportunity. By taking people out of their usual environment and providing them with the horse’s non-personal, non-threatening feedback, we create space for change to occur.

HorsEmpowerment workshops can stand on their own or be incorporated into personal development programs, larger workshops or retreats. They can be used by companies, organizations, groups/teams, and even families.
