Your retreat experience begins on the evening of Thursday, September 18, with orientation and a casual meet-and-greet at Pine Knoll, featuring Pat’s insights shared over a curated grazing table accompanied by wine and beverages—the perfect introduction to your transformative weekend.
Friday and Saturday will immerse you and your horse in transformative coaching sessions with Pat Parelli from 9:30 to 4:30, bookended by optional morning yoga sessions and innovative dynamic acupuncture treatments—designed to enhance your balance and connection.
Your evenings are equally special… Friday features an elegant dinner at the renowned Holly Hill Inn in a private dining room, while Saturday brings authentic Kentucky BBQ with live music right at Pine Knoll.

Participant fees include unprecedented access to Pat, three days of intimate, small-group clinic, luxurious accommodations in an Airbnb on the farm, all meals, beer and wine, stabling for your horse(s), optional morning yoga, dynamic acupuncture session. Your investment is:
The investment for couples (or any two participants sharing a room) is $12,000.
The investment for solo participants is $7,500.
The surcharge for +1s surcharge is $1,000, which includes accommodations, food and drinks.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of (registration? booking? application). The balance is due on August 18, 2025.
Due to the extraordinary nature of this experience and the planning and up front commitments it requires, all fees are nonrefundable. We recommend you consider securing trip cancellation insurance. If you cannot attend, and someone from our waiting list (or someone you identify) is able to take your spot, your money will be refunded once the new person pays, less applicable fees we incur.
