We absolutely loved our time here. From the beautiful walks on the property, sitting on the deck with two friendly cats, the horses, and this gorgeous home!

 

I had never seen fireflies until last night.

 

Seriously at a loss for words. The Loft feels and looks like it was built for my soul. You have done a truly amazing job repurposing materials from the original (hay) loft and adding decor and details to breathe new life into them. Not a detail missed. Perfectly appointed and outfitted. This was our first trip to Kentucky and now it will not be the last! Thank you for an incredible experience.

 

Peaceful and comfortable. Everything was lovely. Six of us were here on a girls’ trip. We have done many trips together, and this is for sure a favorite stay! The porch and the horses were a special pleasure.

 

Absolutely amazing stay. This Loft is not only beautiful but so peaceful.

 

The rolling land, the horse farm life and especially The Loft will be fond memories for each of us. Your attention to detail and hospitality are unparalleled! Staying at The Loft was absolutely perfect for our group of 6.

 

Absolutely amazing! Everyone has been so welcoming and gone above and beyond to make us feel at home . . . including Joy and Faith (the cats) and of course THE PONIES!!! I want to thank you for the awesome tour experience you thoughtfully coordinated for us. The video was so educational and the Pony Experience is something we will take with us forever.

 

Thank you for creating this beautiful and tranquil place and sharing it with us. Every detail shows off  your love and talent. We feel so blessed to experience this place. Porch kitties and Peace Ponies were an extra treat!!

 

The surroundings and location allowed us to relax and reset as a family in a space that promotes connection and reflection. So glad to have discovered this tranquil retreat.

 

What a truly special farm you have. We are extremely fortunate to have enjoyed your beautiful Loft and farm during our stay in Kentucky for the US Pony Finals. It was absolutely wonderful to come home to our own sanctuary after a long day at the horse park. We loved the horses, the minis and our two new friends – Joy and Faith. Please extend our appreciation to your amazing team – Rob, Jenny and trainers for the thoughtfulness and hospitality. We felt welcome upon arrival and appreciate everyone being so friendly!

 

Thank you for creating a relaxing, beautiful place for us to escape to. We came for Dave’s 50th birthday nd visited several distilleries but thanks to you and your horses, this might be our favorite stop. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs but this Loft tops our favorite list! The gorgeous decor and comfort has been wonderful. Dave is a firefighter and as busy parents of teenagers, this beautiful, relaxing experience as so needed for us! Quiet, we slept so well! We loved walking the grounds and meeting your friendly staff. But it is the unexpected connection we felt with the horses (and Little Dude and cats) that will stay with us for some time. We leave feeling restored and blessed.

We could not have dreamt of a more perfect stay for our horse-themed girls weekend with long-time college roommates and friends. It was perfect – from every touch inside, to the farm, the porch, and of course Joy and Faith!

 

What a perfect spot for our girls weekend in horse country. We went to Keeneland and Spendthrift barn tour during our stay. We just loved your beautiful, peaceful spot.

 

Thank you so very much for the most beautiful accommodations! Nothing better for 4 horse lovers than to stay in a loft above a horse barn on a beautiful farm. Our trip to Kentucky for the Breeders Cup was extra special because of your beautiful Loft!

 

This is our third stay at your beautiful oasis. As always, we leave here with new-found peace and serenity. This is truly becoming our home away from home! Love it!

I am beyond grateful for the beautiful home away from home you have created. This will absolutely be remembered as one of the best family vacations for my small tribe. From the moment Joy greeted us upon arrival, she had my daughter at PURR!And I think my husband became a kid when he got to work with the Peace Ponies – by far his favorite memory of our trip. And for me, I knew this place would be special but it has exceeded my expectations

 

My family and I did not realize how much we needed this trip together. Kentucky has captured our hearts. Your beautiful farm gave us such a sense of “home,” filled with love and intention in everydetail. My children don’t wnaat to leave and neither do we! My kids connected not only with the beauty of your land but witht he farm animals including Joy and Jesse. 

 

Your interior design is impeccable! What a gift you have! best place for our girls weekend. Enjoyed your property and being able to see the horses and talk to them. They (the horses) do a lot for one’s soul. I am forever thankful to have enjoyed this time with my dear friends too.

 

We so enjoyed our time here for a girls getaway. Everything was so beautiful and welcoming. We will forever remember your gracious hospitality. You truly have a gift.

Thank you for such a wonderful and restful landing spot for us while we visited an ailing relative in Lexington. This place was truly a sanctuary for us during the short time we were here. The Loft is an exceptional space. Everyone we spoke to here was so nice and accommodating.

 

To say that our stay here was a dream come true is an understatement! The accommodations were cozy, comfortable and elegant all at the same time. We are animal lovers so having Joy welcome us every morning and when we came home after visiting the Kentucky Horse Farm (Park) was a special treat. This trip was a gift to me from Becky and Joe for my 75th birthday. I am a forever-long horse lover…to stay at a luxurious facity and be able to visit with the horses and ponies was beyond amazing.

 

I can’t thank you enough for this amazing experience! While it was a 75th birthday gift for my mom, it  ended up being a blessing we will always remember. The scenery, loft and accommodations were exceptional. You really thought of everything! We greatly enjoyed the time we spent with the horses and PEACE ponies. As I write this, Joy is right next to me and has spent much time on my lap. She really has a special place in my heart and I’m sure going to miss her! Forever grateful.

 

WOW is all I can say, just WOW!! What a haven you have created. Your vision in design and empowerment – priceless!!

What an amazing time we had. . . beautiful views, great food, and lots of bourbon! We’ll be back!

 

Our stay was the experience of a lifetime! Most definitely the most unique and memorable Airbnb experience we have had. The moment we entered the grounds, we felt calm and peaceful. The Loft is simply exquisite and your eye and talent for design is outstanding. The gift you have for incorporating the rustic with an old world European touch is stunning! We don’t want to leave! This was not just a place to stay but an experience in and of itself!

 

Accommodations: comfortable and beautifully decorated. The Grounds: peaceful and well maintained. The views: lovely at all times of the day. The horses: therapy just watching them and meeting them. The cats: makes it feel like home. The staff: so friendly and helpful.

 

Beautiful property! So connected to the lovely Kentucky landscape. Life is perfect at Pine Knoll! P.S. the bath . . . LOVE.

 

The view was so lovely and so calming. The bath was SOOOOOOO nice. I sat in there for hours. The cats were also a nice bonus. We had some really fun nights staying here. LOVE IT HERE!

 

Wonderful relaxing stop on our way home from the smokies! We enjoyed lunch at Windy Corner and an afternoon sipping wine at Equus Run. What a calming stay!

 

You have a beautiful property. It was the perfect way to spend Easter away from home. The peace and tranquility was perfort for our girls who needed some downtime from their college studies. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch, surrounded by the beauty of your farm, the noises of the horses, the company of your sweet feline friends.

 

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful loft. It was such a wonderful experience for me and my family. My three young girls enjoyed watching your beautiful ponies playing around. the thunderstorm was a nice bonus. The sky looked so pretty from up here.

Your property is breathtaking and just what we needed. We came for a horse-filled weekend at Breyerfest, and this was the cherry on top. The staff was so kind and let my daughter in the barn each time they saw her. Against my wishes, I am leaving your orange cat here – but if we come again, I might have to cat-nap her!

Very unique. The front porch is GREAT. Loved the friendly cats, always ready to welcome you home. The rain on the roof will put you to sleep. Beautiful area to visit. Such amazing horse farms.

 

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property as we computed at the Kentucky Horse Park. Our hosts were incredibly generous to allow our horses a day of rest and relaxation and for that we are very thankful. The cats Joy and Faith were lovely visitors after a long day.

What a beautiful farm and lovely loft! perfect spot in horse country for a stay before heading back to PA! We lived our best life playing with the cats and meeting all the horses – thanks to the warm and friendly staff. Thanksgiving Day watching the races at Churchill Downs was a highlight, along with stops at Woodford Reserve and Buffalo TRace. Dinner at the merrick inn was delicious. We will miss this place!

We love all things horses and this loft was right up our alley! This loft is beautiful and relaxing. Everyone we met has been very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the Creation Museum, the Ark, Buffalo Trace, Castle & Key and the museum at Churchill Downs.
