The Loft at Pine Knoll Farm is a unique getaway with stunning views located above our main horse barn in what was once the hay loft. The decor is an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional equestrian style and manages to be both elevated and supremely comfortable. We have kept wonderful original features such old posts, beams and the original metal roof on the soaring ceiling. The main living space offers plenty of room to gather, with sleeper sofa, armchairs and window seat. It features a cozy electric fireplace that looks like a wood-burning stove and large TV. In case you need to work, we have a desk (we also have a printer). The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed with everything you need to cook as much as you like. Enjoy meals at the dining table, breakfast bar or al fresco on the large covered front porch. Or pack a picnic and head off into the woods or to one of the seating areas dotted around the farm.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower as well as a great view of the horse paddocks. The second sleeping space with three twin beds is in a loft overlooking the living room. There’s also a private bathroom with a soaking tub set in front of a window with incredible views of the pond next door.
One of the best parts of The Loft is the front porch. Whether you want to play a game of cards, sit in a rocking chair with your choice of drink and watch the farm wake up or the sun go down, snuggle one of the friendly barn cats.

Seriously at a loss for words. The Loft feels and looks like it was built for my soul. You have done a truly amazing job repurposing materials from the original (hay) loft and adding decor and details to breathe new life into them. Not a detail missed. Our stay was the experience of a lifetime! Most definitely the most unique and memorable Airbnb experience we have had. The moment we entered the grounds, we felt calm and peaceful. What a truly special farm you have. We are extremely fortunate to have enjoyed your beautiful Loft and farm during our stay in Kentucky for the US Pony Finals. It was absolutely wonderful to come home to our own sanctuary after a long day at the horse park. We loved the horses, the minis and our two new friends – Joy and Faith. Please extend our appreciation to your amazing team – Rob, Jenny and trainers for the thoughtfulness and hospitality. We felt welcome upon arrival and appreciate everyone being so friendly!
