What We Offer

For Horses

We have 6 stalls available for overnight stay. Minimum stay of 2 nights. Arrival after 4:00pm. Departure by 10:00am. Other arrangements can be made; additional fees may apply.

Cost is $65/night. Discounts may be offered for long-term stays and multiple horses.

We provide 3 bags of shavings and water/water buckets. Additional bags of shavings can be purchased for $8/bag. We pick the stalls twice a day and strip them after you leave. We also have a night check and can feed your hay. If you need to purchase hay for your stay, we may be able to assist.

Turnout options may be limited and are subject to availability.*

We have a beautiful indoor arena. Hourly usage for horse hotel guests based on availability and subject to reasonable hourly rate* The arena can be reserved for the day for $1,000, subject to availability.

You can also do a trail ride through our little woods.

Our entrance can accommodate rigs as long as 45 feet.

For Humans

RV/LQ

We have RV/LQ hookup (power only) for people whose horses are staying with us. Cost is $35 per night. Arrival and departure times are the same as the horses – 4:00pm arrival and 10:00am departure.

Luxury AirBNB

You don’t have to bring a horse to stay at our BNB! Come for the weekend, a week or even a whole season! We’ve hosted guests in town for Keeneland and the Kentucky Derby, people exploring the Bourbon Trail, parents and grandparents of University of Kentucky students, girlfriend trips, couples getaways, artist retreats. And of course, we are proud to host guests who are competing or attending events at the Kentucky Horse Park or other equestrian destinations, like the Defender Three-Day Event, Road to the Horse, Liberty Festival, Retired Racehorse Project Thoroughbred Makeover.

We have 3 incredible Bed and Breakfast units/apartments/homes (subject to availability). We rent these through Airbnb, but please call if you have questions about the co-availability of our horse and human accommodations or anything else!

The Loft – bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower plus loft with three twin beds and private bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Located over our main working horse barn. Farm views.

Pony Point – 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 with four twin beds). Located over the pony barn, with windows onto the indoor arena and an in-barn balcony overlooking the stalls of our mini horses the Peace Ponies.

The Mews (coming soon, not yet on Airbnb). Expansive apartment over the main horse barn. Multiple living, dining and meeting spaces, multiple balconies, gourmet kitchen. Three bedrooms. Primary suite with queen and twin bed and ensuite bathroom; another bedroom with two twin beds (can convert to a king) and ensuite bathroom; a third bedroom with queen bed, twin bed in an adjacent space, and full bath a few feet away but not ensuite.
