Creating compassion and connection with self and others, supported by equines and equine psycho-therapist in order to better cope with life’s stressors such as loss, fear, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Pine Knoll workshops are for women that are looking for support. For a day, you take a break from the hustle of daily life to find greater connection to yourself and our equine partners, leading to more self-compassion, awareness of how the world impacts your sense of self and well-being, how your connection to animals and self leads to joy & pleasure, making a small step to a life of thriving.
Whether you’re a seasoned equestrian or have never set foot near a horse, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are on your journey. Come join us for a day of inspiration, transformation, and connection as we embark on this empowering journey together. No horse experience necessary – just an open heart and a willingness to explore the depths of your own potential.
Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today and step into your role as the protagonist of your own story!
Leslie Cashion, LMFT is a licensed therapist and life-long equestrian. She is uniquely suited to assist you on a journey of discovery of self in partnership with equines in nature. Her priority is connecting with you to collaborate on your journey of healing and self-discovery. She believes we each have answers to our struggles inside of us and sometimes it takes a helpful human or equine guide to discover the pathway to healing. She wants to help provide a safe place to explore who you have been, who you are, and who you want to be in partnership with our equine friends.
Leslie is a feminist, healing-focused, equine assisted psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples, teens, kids, and families. In the office she partners with Nugget her canine therapy partner and in the barn she partners with equines. Before becoming a therapist, Leslie was a professional carriage driving coach and trainer up to the FEI level, but loved working with
equines and students at all levels. Most recently, she is passionate about relationships with animals, studying Freedom Based Training and Choice Tribe.
