June 14 – June 16

Creating compassionate connection with self and others to step into your most fulfilling life, supported by therapist and equine partners to find purpose and pleasure while coping with life’s stressors.

Embark on a transformative journey with us at our immersive retreat designed exclusively for women and femme individuals. Discover the power of embracing your inner heroine and rewriting your narrative while nurturing yourself and others with compassionate connection through the incredible bond with equines.

Our retreat is a sanctuary for those seeking to cultivate agency, self-awareness, and authenticity in a supportive, empowering environment. Dive into creative expression through creative art sessions, delve into the depths of your story with journaling, and explore embodiment practices through equine activities. Escape into nature with grounding meditation sessions and mindful walking experiences, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Our holistic approach emphasizes joy, pleasure, and fun amidst life’s challenges, ensuring that you leave feeling rejuvenated and empowered to embrace life with your whole self.

Through a series of experiential exercises, reflective discussions, and hands-on interactions with our gentle horses, we’ll focus on:

  • Cultivating compassion and empathy in your interactions with mindfulness and meditation.
  • Fostering a deeper connection with yourself, others, and the world around you through body scans and insightful conversations
  • Harnessing your innate purpose with confidence and grace.
  • Embracing vulnerability as a source of strength and authenticity to forge authentic connections.
  • Enjoying the pleasure of eating good food, playing games or other fun activities, arts & crafts
  • Connecting safely with equine partners through activities, mindfulness exercises, and interactions.

Whether you’re a seasoned equestrian or have never set foot near a horse, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are on your journey. Join us for an unforgettable weekend of self-discovery, empowerment, and joyful living. It’s time to step into your power, forge meaningful connections, and create the life you deserve.

Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today and step into your role as the protagonist of your own story!

Leslie Cashion, LMFT is a licensed therapist and life-long equestrian. She is uniquely suited to assist you on a journey of discovery of self in partnership with equines in nature. Her priority is connecting with you to collaborate on your journey of healing and self-discovery. She believes we each have answers to our struggles inside of us and sometimes it takes a helpful human or equine guide to discover the pathway to healing. She wants to help provide a safe place to explore who you have been, who you are, and who you want to be in partnership with our equine friends.

Leslie is a feminist, healing-focused, equine assisted psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples, teens, kids, and families. In the office she partners with Nugget her canine therapy partner and in the barn she partners with equines. Before becoming a therapist, Leslie was a professional carriage driving coach and trainer up to the FEI level, but loved working with equines and students at all levels. Most recently, she is passionate about relationships with animals, studying Freedom Based Training and Choice Tribe.
