Horses and the Art of Living: Balance During the Holi-DAZE Workshop

November 8 @ 8:45 am - 5:30 pm

November 8, 2024

The holidays are a time for wonderful family gatherings, feasts and festivities,
beauty and bounty. They also are a boatload of work with a ton of stress! How does one stay focused and
calm November through the New Year with all these goings on? Come let the horses show you! They’ll
teach you how stay in the now, how to focus on what matters, how to walk away from what doesn’t, all
while standing tall (unless, course, you enjoy an excess of eggnog!).

Susanna Massie Thomas, president of The He(a)rd Leader, LLC, is a certified iPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching) Leadership and Personal Development coach who is passionate about helping people to become he(a)rd leaders of their professional and personal lives.
